Day 24 - LET GET THE FIRE BURNING! BURN BURN BURN! :D

สวัสดีคับ(Thai - hello), PEOPLE!
Food, Check!
Drinks, Check!
Tidbits, Check!
People, Check!
ALRIGHT, LET'S GO!! :D
That's right, people, we are going for barbeque session! :D Organised by the local students! We truly appreciate this small gathering between the local students and us, people from Singapore!

Gathered at around 1130am outside the school's mini-mart. Chit - Chat a while with the local students as well!
BREAKING NEWS: MYSTERIOUS VEHICLE SPOTTED!

They are called the 'Three Wheelers' and it's popular in China. And Three Wheelers and come in different size.
The Picture above shows a medium duty three wheeled truck.

I do not think that this word 'far' is in the head of the local students. I'm super impressed of how they can walk long distance without any breaks in the middle of the route. Having to walk from 建设一路 to 建设五路 is quite a challenge. You people might think that it's only 4 street across what, but if you are thinking like that, you are so so wrong. The distance we covered is about 3km - 4km like that. Most of us are tired when we reached our destination.

Time do not wait for any man. As soon as we get enough energy back from resting, we quickly splitted into groups to help them with the food preparation.
Once preparation is done, we are ready to roll! :D
Setting up the fire was another challenge for me because the way that they set the fire up is totally different from Singapore. Normally, i will use fire starter to start a fire. But when i am in Wuhan, i learnt how to use a piece of newspaper and some twits to start a fire.

In the meanwhile, we, together with the local students, help out by getting the food ready to barbecue.
Normallly, we will barbecue pork chops, chicken chops and other related stuff. But to my surprise, one of the most bizarre food that is ever used for their barbaque is the Chicken's Gizzard. *SHOCKING*
And what do you use for the seaoning then?
Singapore: Butter
China: Oil, Salt, Pepper, Chilli Powder and Spices!

*NOM NOM NOM* (EATING!!! Do not disturb!)

After eating so much fabulous food, we realised that there is an area for us to exercise. The area consists of two basketball courts, two badminton courts, four table tennis tables and two billiard tables.
Nothing feels better after sweating it out! And i think all of us really enjoy working out after eating some much good food for these few weeks.
Reflection: Differences is the key word of my reflection for this post. We can clearly see that differences are everywhere, taking this barbecue session as an example, we can see how unique and and how clearly the differences are. But realising the differences is not enough, i feel that it's very important to identify the difference, understand it and then clarify the differences. In life, there might be a lot of factors that links to an argument mainly because of the differences in thinking and the differences of things are being settled. I truly believe that the winning factor of minimising and deminising conflicts is to communicate and share what are you opinion and therefore come to a conclusion in the end.
Have a good day everyone..
